Heya, I'm August!(they/them) I'm currently at university so I won't be updating this site often!I'm originally from Poland, and while my body resides in the UK, my true home is online. I'm into writing, video game homebrew, and archiving media!

This site is primarily a fanfiction archive at the moment. I might add something else here eventually? idk idk. Maybe long analytical writeups I'm afraid to post elsewhere or something.

Why I made this site

I decided to try my hand at making my own site after the API drama on reddit and the resulting blackouts. A lot of the places I frequented there have decided to shut down entirely, which resulted in a lot of content being lost, including my own contributions to those communitites.I think that this centralisation will be bad for the web in the long run, and I want to take a step in helping to bring back personal sites!

AO3- My fanfiction! I've not got a lot published at the moment, but I am working on a few fics in the background. I don't consider myself as writing for any one specific fandoms, unless 'indie/niche games' counts as one. A lot of it also isn't great by my own admission, but it's acceptable enough.

Tumblr- Probably the place I'm the most active. I mainly reblog art I like and stuff related to the various fandoms I'm in! It's also the best place to get a hold on me through DMs or asks, just know I'm not very good at knowing how to talk to people.

Dreamwidth This is mostly here in case tumblr evver goes kaput. This'll probably be where I make any personal posts from here on out.
